Matthew provides a safe space for Autistic people to be themselves. His Free Discussion Circles were so important to me, especially when I was first coming to terms with being Autistic and was not sure if I fit anywhere in the world or even if I could call myself Autistic, despite having been (late) diagnosed. There are many ways to be Autistic, and his groups were a great way for me to see that and also be seen as I am.

And his AuDHD Experience workshop was life changing. I had done a lot of research about Autism and ADHD on my own, so I thought there wouldn't be much more for me to learn about it, but I was wrong. Not only eye-opening, the workshop was a safe and supportive environment, after a few sessions I saw myself unmasking in a way I didn't even think it was possible before. I understand myself better now, and can be more compassionate towards myself because of it, which helps me in the process of building the life I want to live.
Never have i ever feet so seen and cared for as an autistic individual before. Matthew is an exceptional life coach, full of passion and generosity. His knowledge and skills through workshops, 1 on 1 sessions and classes are more than impressive. I encourage everyone that is autistic, concerned by autism or even just wants to learn more and be a better carer and friend to join his classes or courses. Its a life changing experience where not only are you given keys to a better life but also you're given that extra push of community care and support that everyone needs. Keep up the great work Matti. Thank you so so much for what you do and who you are. You saved lives.
Matthew is an absolutely extraordinary human, coach, educator, and autistic advocate. After discovering I was autistic at the age of 40, I searched for an actually autistic coach because I wanted someone who really understood the internal autistic experience. I was so lucky to have found Matthew. I have attended several 5-week workshops with other autistic people, as well as one-on-one sessions with Matthew. His support, guidance, encouragement, and knowledge have all been invaluable. I can not stress enough how much value he has brought to my life. I give myself more grace and compassion every day and I experience more joy than I ever thought possible. If you're autistic and know you could benefit from both support and community, please give coaching with Matthew a try. You won't be disappointed!
